Hello and welcome to my blog!

There is no original way to write an introduction, so let's just jump right into it.

My name is Elena, a 20-year-old English Language and Literature student from Skopje, Macedonia.

Why a fashion blog? And why "Shy But Secretly Fabulous"? 

Well, fashion has always been something that really interested me. I loved expressing myself through something that is as simple as a piece of clothing, something that we all have. I will also leave a quote here so that I can further clarify why this is a fashion blog and not a blog about video games.

And now, the name. I started this blog back in 2012 when I was around 15 years old. Nobody with right sanity should have left me to come up with a blog name all by myself, but they did. So, I took one of my biggest traits - shyness and decided to add another sub trait to it - being fabulous. This started out as something that I strived to be because for me being "fabulous" is something that is connected to being confident and a true girl boss. 

5 years later I still want to be that confident girl and I know that there's a long way until I achieve that, I just wish I expressed myself a bit differently when it came to something as important as a blog name. But hey, we've all done stupid things when we were 15 right?
